"Ah, the 'M' Word. The most important commitment we must make in this life with another person. Marriage is hard, as well as it is easy. It is a glass-half-full or glass-half-empty. Depends on how well you look at it.
I lucked out. I married up. He is amazing. I am a firm believer that your concern for the happiness of your spouse, ultimately, increases your own happiness in the long run. Im also a believer of loving + understanding yourself, in order to be able to give the best of yourself to your spouse. I'm a fan of the messy days, to appreciate those rays of sunlight. I am a fan of being by each others side through sickness and health and so on. We believe in being totally honest with each other. Having totally open and honesty communication. I truly believe that men are from Mars and women are from Venus, but that if we understand we are better together as a whole, we understand that we balance each other out really well. Accepting each other in all of our imperfections + become stronger as one.
